YAK: Virtual Fitness Hour

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, happening 5 times
Come together online for YAK’s virtual Youth Fitness Hour. Run through a fun and exciting workout alongside YAK staff and other youth from the comfort of your own home. Learn a variety of cool new bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere and how to track your progress. This program will run 2:15pm to 3:15pm.
