Welcome to the boardroom booking page!
The YAK Youth Services Hub is located at 1881 Rogers Road.
Our space includes an attractive boardroom that’s open to members for meetings, workshops, and other gatherings. It is equipped with the latest teleconferencing technology, for seamless facilitation of hybrid meetings.
Members can book our boardroom using the convenient online tool. While the Hub is open from 9:00 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday, our boardroom can be booked outside of these hours of operation, pending staff availability.
Hub members receive 2 free hours of booking each month; additional hours will be charged $25/hr.
A signed user agreement and a COI needs to be provided prior to use.

Note that the boardroom is booked for day camp activities from 9 am to 3 pm during March Break, July and August as well as all PA days.
